Qualificat ions:

- Minimum 17 years of age - Valid Standard First Aid certification - Mature, responsible, and dependable - Demonstrates knowledge of department policies and procedures - Possess interpersonal skills while working with customers in person or over the phone - Available mornings, evenings, and weekends - Ability to keep accurate and legible attendance records - Cash and credit card handling ability - Familiarity with general operations of aquatics facilities and tennis program Responsibilit ies:

Checks for swim passes; keeps track of people entering the aquatics facility; collects gate receipts. Enforces facility rules and regulations. Pass along information and answers questions from the general public. Ensures the overall quality of customer service provided at the service desk. MyRec will be our new software used to register patrons for programs, collects daily guest fees, and provides daily reports. Works under the supervision of the Aquatics Manager and Head Lifeguard on duty. Period of Em ploym ent : Mid-May ? September 5, 2022 Salary & Hours: $15.75/hour; 20-30 hours/week

Responsibilit ies:

This position will directly support the delivery of summer camps and clinics and the aquatics operations of the department and will split time between being out in the field and office time at the Community Center. Assists the department with data entry, management of immunization records, making copies, generating class rosters, creating newsletters and flyers, and assisting with other projects as needed. Period of Em ploym ent : mid-May through mid-August Salary & Hours: $17.00/hour; 30-35 hours/week
