I am going to play Flag Football
Flag Football will be at Lincoln Park on the field.
There may be a lot of people when I arrive because of other practices. It might be overwhelming but I will take a deep breathe and find my team, coaches and staff.
My Coach’s names are Coach Eric and Coach Si.
There will be other people on my team, I may know them from other programs or school. If I don’t know them, it’s okay because I can make new friends!

Daniel will also be there to help me if I need anything. I can ask him for a break, to play with me or tell him if I am feeling frustrated.
First we will do introductions so everyone gets to know each other.
Then, we will start doing drills. We will learn how to properly pull flags, run with the ball, passing and catching.
We will also learn about the positions on the field and how to play offense and defense.
If there is time at the end of practice, we might be able to scrimmage with another team!
I will try my best, use appropriate language and be kind. I will have so much fun playing football!
