I am going to play Flag Football
Flag Football will be at Lincoln Park on the field.
There may be a lot of people when I arrive because of other practices. It might be overwhelming but I will take a deep breathe and find my team, coaches and staff.
My Coach’s names are Coach Eric and Coach Si.
There will be other people on my team, I may know them from other programs or school. If I don’t know them, it’s okay because I can make new friends!

Daniel will also be there to help me if I need anything. I can ask him for a break, to play with me or tell him if I am feeling frustrated.

we are going to start playing
I will practice playing offense and defense.
I will have a safe body when I am pulling other peoples flags.
I might get my flag pulled and thats okay - it is all part of the game.
If I get confused, frustrated or overwhelmed, I will tell Daniel.
I can always take a break or pass off to the side with Daniel.
I will try my best, use appropriate language and be kind. I will have so much fun playing football!
