Pickleball
Try out the fastest growing sport in the U.S.! Similar to table tennis, badminton, and tennis, it is a fun, active game that can be mastered by anyone. Separate sessions for Beginner (Mondays), Advanced Beginner/Intermediate (Tuesdays), and Advanced (Thursdays) players this fall! Equipment will be provided and all levels of experience are welcomed. Instruction on the various strokes, serving, and overall game play will be provided during the Beginner session. Due to the popularity of these programs, participants must only register for one session. Be sure to sign-up for the appropriate level class (Beginner - anyone who hasn’t played before, USAPA level 1.0-2.0; Advanced Beginner/Intermediate - USAPA level 2.5-3.0; Advanced - USAPA level 3.5+).

Tennis Lessons $125 Resident • $135 Non-Resident
The Fall Adult Tennis Lessons are designed to give all players, regardless of ability, the opportunity to learn new skills and/or improve existing ones. Each session will include 6 lessons. Lessons will be led by Chew-Hoong Koh The lessons will take place at the Gallagher Tennis Courts at the Center Recreation Complex on Worthen Road and participants must bring a tennis racquet.

Learn to skate or enhance skating skills in a fun and comfortable learning environment. Classes include group instruction and free time and encourage skaters to learn at their own pace. Skaters will be grouped by age and/ or ability as needed. A helmet (such as a bike helmet or HECC helmet) is required and rental Skates are available

Join friends and neighbors and discover new places in Lexington that you have never seen before. Bob Hausslein of ACROSS Lexington will lead 4 guided walks along the mostly flat 12 ACROSS Lexington trails. Each walk will be 3 to 5 miles in length. All walks have sections of uneven footing and some short uphill sections. A portion of the small registration fee will be donated to the ACROSS Lexington Trust Fund. Pre-registration is required. Golf Clinic $230 Resident • $240 Non-Resident
Under the direction of PGA Golf Professional Joe McKinney, participants will have the opportunity to learn new golf skills and practice previously taught skills. Elements of golf that will be covered include driving, irons and wedges, putting, rules of play, and golf course etiquette. Participants are encouraged to bring their own golf clubs as a limited number of rental clubs are available.

Women’s Fitness Boot Camp
This popular 10-week fitness program is designed specifically for women and will incorporate upper and lower body weight exercise as well as cardiovascular activities. Band work and many body exercises will be included. Bodil Nilsson will lead the program this season. All levels of ability are welcome to participate. Women should bring a jump rope, exercise mat, and two 5-10 lb. hand weights.
