Make a hat or small infinity scarf with the circular looms then … learn to knit with needles and make a scarf. Students learn through developmental progressions beginning with basic skills on all Olympic events (vault, uneven bars, balance beam, floor exercise). Forward and backward rolls, handstands, cartwheels, front and back walkovers , hip circles, pullovers, and basic dance skills (jumps and leaps) will be emphasized in order to create a solid basis for learning more advanced skills. Each apparatus will incorporate basic gymnastics skills to develop coordination, strength, flexibility, agility, confidence, and self-esteem.
