Mission Propelle empowers girls in elementary school to discover who they are, what they believe, and how to advocate for themselves. We accomplish this through an after-school program that combines yoga, reading, and mentoring. In each one-hour class, girls develop mindfulness and self-confidence as they practice yoga. They learn how to solve problems by reading original storybooks starring Dottie Tov, a relatable and age-aligned female protagonist. Throughout class, girls learn to apply leadership skills in their everyday lives as they receive situation-based mentorship from trained instructors. All girls receive digital downloads of the original storybooks each week! New students receive a yoga mat. Content is different in Session 1 and Session 2.

Competitive Team sports for Elementary school students Amongst the large choice of sports programs proposed this year to Elementary school students, we are also proposing competitive team sports in basketball and soccer. Students registered in these programs will participate in an educational league with 3Point Athletics, and in interscholastic scrimmage games and practices with Youth Soccer International. Participation in these programs will allow us to increase practice time and give our future Flames players an opportunity to start competing at an earlier age. All games will take place on Saturdays away from the Lycée. Fall and Spring Soccer games and practice will take place at Hawthorne and Alcott Elementary Schools. Advanced students will be invited to join the Elite Program. Basketball League games will take place during the winter season at Menomonee Club. All Saturday practices outside of the league period will take place at LFC. Go Mini-Flames, Go Flames!
