Tail Hunter: try to get other players pinnies • face your opponents standing in an athletic ready position with a pinnie hanging out the back of your shorts. • Played on an area the size of a volleyball court, try to get as many pinnies as possible • If your pinnie is taken continue to play when you get a pinnie, step outside of the boundary to tuck the pinnie back into your shorts, then get back into the game Learning Activities/Teaching Strategies You Pick it You Do it! (Relay Race) • Designate a spot starting at one side of the gym, travelling to the opposite side • Split the cards in half creates two teams • Children line up and one student runs to the cards, selects a card, everyone on the team performs that exercise and the student returns to tap the next child on their team, team that finishes first wins

You Throw it You Do it! • Have the entire group in a large circle • Pick two students to roll the dice • All of the other students must complete the exercise and number indicated • Once done exercise they must all get up run to the outside of the gym and back to their spot and run for the dice to get a turn • Complete at least 10 rounds Closure/Cool Down Have students walk around the gym 2 times Stretch (hip flexor, chest, low back and glutes, loin, triceps, upper back and shoulder, hamstring, quadriceps) Fill out move your mood sheet
