Introduction Brief - To provide an overview of the Architect’s design philosophy and concepts to ensure coherence and consistency are achieved throughout the design process. -The design development of the complete facilities will be done in stages once the concept for the development is approved or concurred by the Stakeholders. -To achieve sustainability, the land profile will be maintained in as much as possible. More importantly, protecting the watershed by providing an exclusive Forest Grove with natural swimming pool. -To blend the amenities with the natural environ, dedicated restaurants will have exclusive, luxurious settings that mimic the yacht experience.
Market objective - To be the first retirement and weekend haven for all market segments including condo-style living to affordable B&B rentals. - Weekend is not an option to enjoy the whole facility. Minimum five-day stay is imperative to fully access the amenities nowhere to be found in the country. - To attract all retirees around the world, a world-class hospital management and services, golf driving range, unique spa experience, gaming experiences, retail and commercial center with 16-bowling lanes, 4 theaters, and overlooking the city restaurants of all cuisines to explore. - To attract medical professionals and students alike to be part of the whole development. - To maintain international exposure, the facilities will provide sporting activities such as tennis tournament, kite surfing. For local sports enthusiasts, mechanized waves for surfing and biking trails will be part of the attraction.
