Santana Row is a mixed use development in San Jose / Silicon Valley. The development is evolving as shopping patterns shift. The client hired Dilworth Eliot to study the height, story, and parking limintations of the planned development and apply the massing limitations to three lots. The client used this data to determine the financialy feasibility of developing one, two, or three lots.

They study images were programmatically broken down into retail, parking, and office space: yellow for retail, green for parking, and blue for office, as seen in the images to the right. Each study scenario included the number of parking spaces (as a requirement of the planned development agreement with the city), and the amount of square feet of retail and office that could be accommodated.
