HI Daniel, Firstly, I value your attention to customer service quality and your recognition of same, as necessary in order to surivive and thrive in a competetive market. Your attitude thankfully differs from my personal experience of customer service here in Ireland, with some uplifting exceptions eg Joe Connolly at www.stakelums.ie In Ireland our Taoiseach (Prime Minister) espouses the mantra:"Those of you from Ireland will have heard me say many times that my ambition is for Ireland to become the best small country in the world for business by 2016," Kenny said on February 28, 2013. "It is an ambition I believe we will achieve. The reality, sadly, is a different Country, an exposed toothless Celtic Tiger, whose fall from garce continues to be paid for by the ordinary citizens while those in the know have been carving up and redistributing the assests among themselves. We continue to waste taxpayer's funds on Regulatory bodies who are unprofessional, what at best offer platitudes of pretence to vulnerable complainant customers whille applyling no effective control over poor quality service provision across the spectrum of Irish life from Private enterprise to Government administration. I am intending to use your correspondence to me as a template to offer these bodies an example of where my customer expectation standard rests and a rational standard to calibrate their own performance against. Now as to my experience of your service. My interest in multi chariging usb hubs reflects the ubiquity of smart devices in Modern Ireland,from phones, Tablets, cameras, data drives etc and which the Millennial generation in Ireland in which we retierees place so much hope and upon whom our generation has foisted unmanageable long term depbts, use with ease from early childhood, as Digital Natives. This is the second Bolse unit I have purchased from you, I am based in Nort West
