As a 2022 football season ticket holder, you have made a significant investment in the lives of our student-athletes, coaches, teams, and campus as a whole. Thank you for proudly supporting Flames Nation on game day! 2021 brought great success to Liberty Athletics, and a large part of that was because of the support of our record number of Flames Club members. That support propelled Liberty Athletics to reach new heights on the field and in the classroom and further the mission of Training Champions for Christ. Last year, Liberty Football finished its season by winning its third straight bowl game in the LendingTree Bowl. The Flames are one of only a handful of teams to win their first three bowl game appearances. Much of this success can be attributed to Malik Willis, a name we have known and loved for a few years here at Liberty. After the success of the 2021 season, he has become a household name across the country, and we look forward to watching the former Flame on Sundays. The achievements of all our student-athletes were made possible by the support of individuals like yourself! If you haven’t already joined the Flames Club, we ask that you consider the additional investment in champions and championships. You’ll enjoy the best game day parking, seating, and hospitality privileges for football, men’s and women’s basketball, and baseball. Memberships start at just $75. Should you have any questions prior to game day, please do not hesitate to contact us by calling or texting 434-582-CLUB (2582), emailing flamesclub@liberty.edu, or visiting us online at . Sincerely,
Mike Hagen ’05 Associate AD & Executive Director of Development

LIBERTY MOUNT
Maintaining compliance with NCAA rules and regulations is an important part of Liberty Athletics’ mission to achieve victory with integrity. As a season ticket holder, you play a valuable role in this process. Please take a moment to learn a few key terms and some of the do’s and don’ts to help us to win the right way.
3 THINGS TO REMEMBER 1.
Don’t Recruit! Leave recruiting to the coaches. This includes face-to-face interactions, phone calls, and social media.
2.
Don’t Give Your Tickets to a Prospect! Coaches and the athletics staff are permitted to provide tickets to prospects — let them work through the Athletics Department. If you give your tickets away, make sure the recipients know the rules too.
3.
No Extra Benefits! An extra benefit is anything not available to prospective students in general. This includes meals, lodging, travel to campus, gifts, and free or reduced services.
WHO IS A “BOOSTER”? • Donated to the Flames Club • Bought a season ticket to ANY sport • Provided benefits to Liberty student-athletes • Promoted Liberty’s athletics programs Once someone becomes a booster, they are always a booster!
WHO IS A PROSPECTIVE STUDENTATHLETE?
2022-23
LIBERTY BASKETBALL SEASON TICKETS
A “prospect” is a student who has started the 9th grade. A younger student can become a prospect if they receive benefits from Liberty and they stay a prospect until they start classes at Liberty or report for practice.
Our Athletics Compliance Team is a resource for our student-athletes, coaches, staff, and you! Contact us any time you have a question, comment, or concern. We understand that every fan’s intent is to help our programs win with integrity, and we are here to answer your questions. Liberty Athletics Compliance compliance@liberty.edu
