N o t to s u g g e s t w e ' v e g o t a n y th in g a g a in s t c l a s s i c a l m u sic - b u t 2 l* f u c k i n g h o u r s a day?????? When F .M . f i r s t b e g a n R o c t u r n a l was p r o g r a m med i n the t i m e s l o t o f 1 0.3 0 on S a t u r d a y n i g h t u n t i l 5 .3 0 on Sunday m o r n i n g . Hence the name - n o c t u r n a l r o c k becomes R o c t u r n a l - v e r y g o o d . T h i s time s l o t came a b o u t d e s p i t e r e p e a t e d p l e a s from r o c k , f o l k and j a z z a n n o u n c e r s t h a t they b e g i v e n r e g u l a r time from 10 pm t o 12 mid n ig h t each n ig h t . T h is was b o t h an e m i n a n t l y s e n s i b l e tim e and a l l owed f o r the d e v e l o p ment o f l a r g e r , more r e g u l a r a u d i e n c e s as p e o p l e w o u ld e x p e c t one o f t h e s e t h r e e m u s i c a l fo rm s to be a v a i l a b l e each n ig h t a a t the same t im e . But no - t h a t was much too l o g i c a l .
