A PUBLIC NHS – WE WILL: • Fight for a publicly funded NHS free at the point of use and end the creeping privatisation of its services.

• Make mental health a much higher priority with resources to match this status.

A FAIR ECONOMY – WE WILL:

I was brought up and educated in Kettering and I have lived in Wellingborough with my wife for six years. I am a Director of a cooperative that helps disabled people find housing and start up in business. I have worked in the public or community sector for nearly 30 years, supporting vulnerable people to have better lives.

I believe in people and know we can achieve anything when we pull together, just like those at Glamis Hall. Our communities are full of people with good hearts and great ideas and I want us to see the many skills and resources we have and put them to good use.

• End austerity and restore the public sector to create over one million good jobs. This will be paid for with a wealth tax on the top 1%, a Robin Hood tax on the banks and the closure of tax loopholes.

• A minimum wage of £10 an hour by 2020.

DECENT HOMES – WE WILL: • Abolish the unfair Bedroom Tax. • Build 500,000 new social rented homes and bring empty homes back into use.

• Introduce rent caps and longer tenancies for renters.

A SAFE CLIMATE – WE WILL:

We need Government that works for all and an MP that will stand up and lead, inspiring us to take pride in ourselves and our area. I will work to bring people and business together to create the lives we dream of.

• Take serious action to ensure global temperatures do not rise further.

Things need to change, and they can.

On 7 May vote with your heart and let’s change our communities and this country together.

• Invest in renewable energy, flood defences and building insulation.
