Point! Publishing was established in 2013 by Richard and Susan Rosser when they acquired Lighthouse Point magazine. A few years prior, they had successfully started their eponymous marketing firm, Rosser Marketing, beginning their entrepreneurial journey. Susan, the daughter of a printer, had spent her career designing publications of all shapes and sizes; Richard had spent his in marketing and sales for various local, regional, and national operations.

Now with business experience from their prior ventures, the couple became publishers and haven’t looked back since.
First on the docket was to turn Lighthouse Point into a more luxurious publication to reflect the community it served. After resounding success, they expanded into Pompano Beach with a similar business model. In 2017, they began publishing visitor maps of the local area to help local businesses attract more tourist dollars.
After a COVID-19 hiatus, the products are circulated in hotels, restaurants, and other tourist hot spots across the area.
In 2023, South Florida Family Life, a leading parenting magazine with a legacy dating back to the early 2000s, joined the Point! Publishing family. Today, the company boasts an impressive annual print production of over half a million editions and maintains a robust online presence, ensuring that it continues to thrive and expand every day.

Point! Publishing utilizes several distribution methods to give our advertisers and marketing partners a targeted, results-driven, and proven way of reaching customers. We primarily send our city titles through Every Door Direct Mail (EDDM) guaranteeing we reach ultra-affluent residents. In production for more than two decades, the magazine is implicitly trusted by the city’s residents. In 2013, Point! Publishing acquired the title, turned into a full-color, perfect bound, glossy-print magazine to better reflect the luxurious locals who read it. Getting in the magazine is a point of pride for many residents. Locals often tell us exactly which issues they’ve appeared in. In production since 2016, Deerfield Beach magazine chronicles the coastal haven of Deerfield Beach.
