California Poppies are everywhere in California. But nobody knows that if you eat one flower you will feel happy for 10 hours.

Only snails in the snail kingdom know about this.

Snails are all very happy. They climb on top of the flowers and lick them everyday.

The snails wanted to make humans happy too. One day a snail told a crying boy that eating a California Poppy would make him happy.

The boy picked up one California Poppy. He became very happy after eating it.

He picked up another one and gave it to his parents but his parents didn’t believe him at all.

The boy gave the flower to his friends and soon all the kids knew about it.

In three days, all the poppies were gone.
