Joke Alert
Send your best Bonners Ferry shots to whitney@like-media.com. The doctor’s office was crowded as usual, but the doctor was moving at his usual snail’s pace. After waiting two hours, an old man slowly stood up and started walking toward the door. “Where are you going?” the receptionist called out. “Well,” he said, “I figured I’d go home and die a natural death.”

Joke Alert
Finding one of her students making faces at others on the playground, Ms. Smith stopped to gently reprove the child. Smiling sweetly, the Sunday school teacher said, “Johnny, when I was a child, I was told if that I made an ugly face, it would freeze and I would stay like that.” Johnny looked up and replied, “Well, Ms. Smith, you can’t say you weren’t warned.”

...and we work and work and work. We continue to push and persuade our little building into a beautiful theater. Who knows how much dust and dirt we’ve swallowed, how many splinters we’ve pulled or how many band aids we’ve worn, but we are still smiling! And we L-OV-E our visitors! If the blue truck is out front, stop in and see our mess!
The Stairway From the re-used studs we removed from the stairway walls, to the re-purposed wood we’re using for the floors, and the 3 buckets of paint I combined to achieve my lovely shade of Taupe (let’s hope I don’t have a lot of touch-up to do!), to every little screw I salvaged -- if it backed out straight, it went in the pail.
The Painting One of life’s biggest temptations? To skip the prep and get right to the painting! But you can’t DO that! So you must repeat, “Go sloooow, be precise and take your time!”
