In MA Biodesign Unit 1, we are going to explore and understand living systems through dissection. We believe that the manual, dexterous approach of dissection allows for organs to be investigated and understood in much finer detail than through visual communication methods alone. The care and precision required to disclose anatomical morphologies, structures and mechanics will help strengthen your understanding of biological systems. This unique hands-on learning environment can impart an appreciation and understanding of anatomy, unparalleled by second-hand teaching techniques.
This report is generated after dissecting Signal Crayfish to document the process and learnings.
