designing for client needs

Typical offices prioritize employee productivity at the expense of wellness, but as research has proven the strong correlation between the two, and the COVID-19 pandemic has shifted the trajectory of wellness developments in the workplace, the need has arisen for offices that empower staff. The NEXT Headquarters in Manhattan will provide an inclusive workspace for a diverse group of users who utilize the physical office environment in varied ways by fostering a sense of independence and autonomy to form professional and social habits in the workplace that boost productivity while maintaining personal wellness.
