SOCIAL WORK
SUGGESTED MINORS
At the heart of one’s choice to study social work is a deep desire to help others. Social workers help people cope with everyday problems. They may provide services such as advocacy, crisis response, and connecting clients with resources. They are taught how to assess and treat social problems as well as evaluate solutions. Social workers engage with individuals, families, and communities to produce positive outcomes.

“Deciding to attend Limestone through its Online Program was one of the best decisions that I could have made. My experience at Limestone is one that I will never forget. The professors were very supportive and ensured their students were prepared for the real world beyond graduation. I enjoyed my time so much at Limestone that I enrolled in the new Master of Social Work program. As an alumna, I can truly say that Limestone feels like ‘home’ to me.”
