LOWER SCHOOL
Along the shores of Narragansett Bay, girls examine sea life and consider how to protect this fragile habitat. They apply creative thinking and problem solving as they design a handbag. They analyze social justice issues, with a Holocaust survivor as a guest speaker. This is the Lower School at Lincoln, where students face and embrace challenge, grow in compassion, and become leaders. We provide a rigorous and engaging curriculum for girls in N-grade 5 and boys in N-K, helping them become avid learners and critical thinkers while they build solid foundational skills. Our educators are committed to bringing out the best in students, supporting their individual needs while stressing teamwork and collaboration—critical 21st-century skills. The visual arts, music, physical education, field trips, and enrichment opportunities are integral to learning at Lincoln, teaching students to become confident learners in diverse settings. We also offer an extended day option, featuring a wide variety of activities and enrichment opportunities.

Girls explore their interests, find their voices and grow in confidence, all within the embrace of a warm, supportive community.
