All cancellations must be made in writing within 24 hours of placing your order. Returns are accepted only if defective items are received. Claims must be made within 7 business days of receipt of merchandise. All items must be returned in original packaging. If an item is on backorder, we will notify you immediately. ART PRINTS Most of our Art Prints measure 8x10 inches, and are printed using foil or letterpress processes. While we generally print in this standard size and usining these vintage processes, you’ll also find a few digital prints and 11x14s peppered in for good measure. Regarding paper stock, we use namely 110 lb. Crane’s Lettra (swoon!) to print our prints with white backgrounds. When pops of color are in order, we use Paper Souce papers. Our prints are numbered in the order they were created, beginning with our first Art Print, created in 2010. They are packaged in a glassine sleeve with a cardboard backing, finished with our signature gold seal.

GREETING CARDS Our greeting cards range in design and size and adorableness. You’ll find everyday options, as well as classic cards to celebrate all of your favorite holidays. We consider our cards to be among the more premium group – some boasting two foil and/or letterpress process, all of which printed with love (in Illinois!) on exquisite 110 lb. lettra paper, and each one is nestled in a glassine sleeve and paired with the perfect envelope companion. (All of our cards are blank on the inside).

ROCKS GLASSES Here at Lindsay Letters, we believe in the power of prayer. We also believe in the power of a good cocktail. True to our Wisconsin roots, we have created this clever Old Fashioned Rocks Glass, and it quickly became a fan favorite. In honor of Lindsay’s husband, the Whiskey Rocks glass was born, and that’s also become a favorite gift – especially for the guys in our lives. Our rocks glasses boast snazzy black lettering on a clear, 11 oz. glass.

I LOVE having an online store. But, truthfully, one of the things I miss out on by having an exclusively online store is that I don’t get to create an environment for my customers in the same way a retailer might. I don’t get to choose the music my customers listen to as they paruse my goodies. I don’t get to choose the flow of traffic or the lighting or the smells they smell as they read these words, pick up the glasses, pour over the prints. BUT YOU? YOU DO. You do! And that makes your job so special, and so rewarding, and just that much harder. Although I can’t create a completely holistic experience for my customers, it is my heart and mission to do so in the products I offer. I aim to create work that brings life and hope and smiles and joy. I want to be able to do that in the art they hang, the cards they write, and on the mug from which they sip. It’s these places that we see the most in our lives that can have the greatest impact on our spirits without us even knowing it. How wonderful is that? To find ourselves happier, more hope-filled, and more optimistic – without even really trying. Subliminal joy? I’ll take it. LINDSAY SHERBONDY, owner
COFFEEHOUSE MUGS After playing around with printing on numerous different types of mugs, we’ve chosen this generous 18 oz. bisque-colored coffeehouse mug as our signature shape and size. You can expect classic black lettering and fun subject matter. Many times, our mugs will have a fun surprise on the back (like these sweet chickens!) for extra intrigue. We will add to our collection seasonally, so keep checking back to add to your collection!

T O S S & TA K E Bags, bags, bags. All day we rely on bags to toss our lifes in and take it on the go with us. At Lindsay Letters, we’ve rounded up a couple of helpful shapes, in our efforts to make our lives both prettier and more functional.
