Have you ever asked someone to join Thirty-One, but they weren’t quite ready, so the conversation died out? Or maybe you aren’t sure how to bring the topic up? Follow this guide to chat your way to a new team member, new booking or a new Customer! Tweak it to make the words authentic to you.
If she isn’t interested in becoming a Consultant or learning more: Transition to booking her as an Insider.
START HERE
SAY
“Hi Julie! I wanted to check in with you because we have an exciting offer for people that join Thirty-One this month. Do you and your family have any summer plans you could use some extra cash for?” If she says yes to joining, say: “I’m so excited to have you join my team! This month you can even earn back the cost of your starter kit when you sell just $1,000 in your first 30 days. Don’t worry, I’ll help you every step of the way. Let’s get you signed up!”

SAY

SAY
“I would love to help you get ready for summer! Our Summer Skies Collection is launching on May 10, and it’s full of fun products that would be great for your family cookouts and the kids’ summer camps. Also, I know how much you love the Small Utility Tote. From May 21–31 several prints are going to be 50% off! I can get that ordered for you so you don’t miss out on the sale price!” Continue to build the sale until she tells you she is done shopping!
