Creative Brief Seven Story is an exclusive and sophisticated appointment only styling service created to solve the

wardrobe needs of Atlanta’s Affluent African American women. As sizes, styles, and cuts in apparel offered are not always geared toward these women’s body types, options are limited when seeking luxury and designer pieces inthe Atlanta luxury market. Seven Story wants to become the number one choice for consumers in Atlanta by offering each client an individualized shopping experience, identifying and replacing items in her wardrobe that no longer work, and curating merchandise specifically for her body. The African American consumer is increasingly diverse. The overall picture of the African American community in America reflects rising influence, income, and social empowerment as established African American consumers enter their prime earning years and younger consumers make gains in education. As Seven Story is a new brand, creating a webpage will benefit their rising business and also engage with future female consumers. The company values exlusiveness, community, style and opportunities. These elements will be reflected in their webpage.

Creative Brief

Anthony Lawrence is a Kuwaiti Sound Design junior at SCAD. He transferred from Kuwait inspired by his professor who also studied arts at SCAD. He aspires to be a record producer and is currently adding a variety of activies such as location sound, composes music and dabbles in photography and videos. Soon to be a senior, an online portfolio will result beneficial to expose his projects to employers.He’s very down to earth and claims to have an “obsession for music”. The color storie reflects his personal style and Kuwaiti heritage.

Creative Brief Kiehl’s is a privately owned American luxury cosmetics brand that specializes in natural premium skin, hair, and body care products for both men and women. Despite the fact that the cosmetic industry is traditionally associated with women; there is an increasing demand for cosmetics by men to solve their imperfections instantly by using make-up. Furthermore, the discussion of male versus female genders and their respective stereotyping over time has led more and more millenial men to realize the advantages of cosmetics products. This provides the opportunity to explore the potential of men offering color cosmetics or ‘make-up’ as they have taken an active interest in promptly enhancing their appearance. For Kiehl’s to be able to sell male make-up, which is usually associated with women, their male section of their website should be optimized completely. This includes the text, images, user interface and masculine aesthetics to further attract Kiehl’s male customer.
