FACILITIES TO HIRE PALMER TOMKINSON THEATRE A spectacular, state-of-the-art theatre, with retractable tiered seating, suitable for performing arts performances, conferences, wedding celebrations and events. It boasts a magnificent open plan foyer, adjacent rehearsal rooms and technical sound and lighting booth. Capacity: 238 DRAMA STUDIO A purpose-built drama facility, which is ideal for dance classes, drama clubs, rehearsals and yoga. Capacity: 30

MAIN HALL The large, traditional-style Hall benefits from a welcoming lobby area, lots of natural daylight and an elevated fixed stage, ideal for presentations and performances. PANORAMIC DINING ROOM AND CAFÉ With glass external walls offering views out over open countryside, the dining room and café is a popular space to enjoy food and drink during your event. Furniture within the space offers seated dining for up to 240 people at once, with the ability to implement ‘rolling sittings’ for larger groups. Catering can be ordered as part of your booking, or the kitchen can be hired to outside caterers of your choice. The dining room and kitchen can be booked in conjunction with other facilities as part of a package.

SPORTS FACILITIES Sports Hall and viewing gallery – The spacious indoor sports hall offers 4 badminton courts and can also be used for tennis, basketball, volleyball, cricket, futsal and 5-a-side football. A viewing gallery overlooks the hall and is an ideal space for spectators. Outdoor all-weather pitches – A fabulous full-size stateof-the-art Mondo Surface ecofil 3G pitch with floodlights, which can also be split into three smaller pitches, allows for football to take place year round, at weekends and into the evening. A further all-weather pitch can also be hired. They are an ideal space for regular leagues, training, coaching courses and matches, as well as for birthday parties and pay-and-play football. Outdoor grass pitches - 12 grass pitches, comprising four full-size and eight youth, offer further community hire facilities for sporting activities. Across all our school sites we offer a total of 30 grass pitches.

FACILITIES TO HIRE OUTDOOR ALL-WEATHER PITCHES New in 2020, the Oadby 3G all-weather pitch and surrounding sports area is home to a range of grass football pitches, MUGA tennis and netball courts. The full size, floodlit 3rd Generation Football Turf Pitch meets the FIFA specification and can be hired on a regular basis or for one-off bookings, with pitches able to be booked as a quarter, half or full-size hire. It is suitable for FA approved games, club use, coaching, parties and pay-and-play sessions. Tennis and netball courts are floodlit, making them ideal for use all year round. Courts can be booked as part of a membership with the Sir Jonathan North Knighton Tennis Centre (see page 18), or as an independent booking.

SPORTS HALL The large sports hall is a popular location due to its ability to host many sporting activities, including 5-a-side football, Futsal, basketball, badminton, martial arts and gymnastics. Adjacent to the sports hall are changing and shower facilities which are available as part of the hire. MAIN HALL The large main hall is the perfect venue for your wedding reception, performance, conference, awards evening or function. It boasts an elevated, fixed stage large enough for most theatre or dance productions. Up to 300 people can be seated, with options including theatre style or cabaret style around tables. An adjacent foyer and dining area can be booked in conjunction with the main hall, as well as catering or hire of the kitchens for outside catering. Capacity: 300 DANCE STUDIOS Beauchamp College offers two fabulous equipped dance studios, the larger of which boasts a mirrored wall, digital projector, air conditioning, ballet bars & dimmable lighting. The smaller dance studio has floor to ceiling mirrors and air conditioning. Both studios are suitable for dance classes and rehearsals, yoga, pilates, martial arts, gymnastics, aerobics and fitness classes. Capacity: 30 FITNESS SUITE New for 2021, the well-equipped fitness suite is welcoming new members to enjoy unlimited use for an affordable monthly fee, between 5:00pm and 9:30pm Monday to Friday WWW.LIONHEARTTRUST.ORG.UK

and 08:30am to 4:30pm at the weekend. The gym offers a wide range of equipment, such as treadmills, rowing machines and strengthening equipment, as well as a free weights area. Enquire with our Enterprise Team for membership details. Team training sessions on the 3G pitches can combine their booking with a session in the fitness suite and all fitness suite users have use of showers and changing facilities. MEETING AND TRAINING ROOMS With a wide range of rooms, Beauchamp College is suitable for small meetings and training sessions through to conferences for up to 300 people. Catering can be added to your room booking on request, or room only hire is also possible. Classrooms can comfortably accommodate 30 people and are all equipped with a projector and whiteboard for presentations and training. Capacity: 30

WEDDINGS AT LIONHEART VENUES YOUR WEDDING DAY IS ONE OF THE MOST IMPORTANT DAYS OF YOUR LIFE AND WE WANT TO HELP MAKE IT ONE THAT YOU NEVER FORGET. VENUES Across the Lionheart Academies Trust, we can accommodate more intimate weddings of 50 people, through to large weddings with 500 guests, in adaptable spaces that you can truly make your own. Our venue hire is affordable, helping your budget go further so you can decorate the venue how you’d always dreamed it would be on your special day. We can recommend styling companies who we trust can deliver, or you are welcome to source your own. CATERING Our kitchen facilities can be included in your wedding package, allowing you to choose your own outside caterer, however, we would be delighted to offer our recommendations or provide in-house catering. Dining spaces can seat large guest numbers, with the ability to cater for more when implementing more than one sitting, ensuring that you can keep everyone on your guest list. OUTSIDE SPACE Complimentary car parking comes as standard at all of our venues, with space for coaches too. All of our

venues offer outside space – and some with beautiful countryside views – so in finer weather you can enjoy the outdoor terraces and capture photographs outside. LOCATIONS We have a range of venues across Leicestershire that could host your all-important wedding day. he Lionheart Academies Trust was founded in April 2014 in order to establish a foundation for the improvement and enhancement of educational provision in the East Midlands. By 2021, 11 primary, secondary and sixth form schools and colleges from across Leicestershire had become part of The Trust. With that, came a wide range of facilities that could be offered for corporate and community use, therefore further supporting the provision of education for its young people. Our educational mission is simple; any young person from any background deserves an equal chance to be successful in whatever they choose to do. Our aim is to provide a range of educational experiences that are challenging, equitable, enjoyable and are able to break down any barriers so that all can succeed. This involves seeking to create lifelong learners and offer outstanding provision for our 4-19 year olds.
