“Church Actually blazes with artistry and life. It is England’s Guy Fawkes Night and America’s Independence Day all rolled into one fizzing, popping read. A dazzling book.” – Viv Thomas, Director of Formation, St. Paul’s Hammersmith, and author of The Spectacular Ordinary Life

“A marvellous picture of the church as God always has planned for it to be. A must read.” – Paul Francis, Leader, Glenwood Church, Cardiff “Gerard is a poet of the Spirit. He holds before us the romance and the reality of what church is meant to be. It is a book I have longed to see. I love it.” – David White, Vicar, St Andrew’s Chorleywood “Sparkles with humour, cut-diamond insights and inspiration. In this delightful book Gerard offers original suggestions as to how church can become (once again) colourful, winsome and fruitful.” – Mark Roques, Director of RealityBites, and author, Fields of God “Sprinkled with creative illustrations and provocative metaphors, this work of art deserves to be studied by everyone trying to create something beautiful for God.” – David Lawrence, Inspire Network, and author of Heaven: It’s Not the End of the World

He is such a gifted writer.” – Debra Green, National Director, Redeeming Our Communities “Do we really believe that the church is God’s masterpiece? Gerard paints colourful wordpictures of God’s brilliant vision.” – Martin Lee, Director, Global Connections
