Kirstie Drummond Papworth Kirstie Drummond Papworth is a behavioural change expert who has studied the effects of compassion on organisations and leaders. Kirstie founded her consultancy, Tangerine Thistle, in 2013 with the purpose of delivering sustainable change, and currently leads workshops sharing her expertise to a wide audience. She has an M.Sc. in Behavioural Change from Henley Business School, and another in Psychology from the University of Strathclyde.
