The Design Process
The Design Process To get an understanding of your needs and to determine how best we can assist you in your branding needs, we will need to get to know a little about you and your vision for your brand. Such as colors; inspiration, and style to begin implementing your design. Here’s how to begin;
Getting to know you/Consultation To get started you will need to complete the custom Branded for Business questionnaire and checklist. After reviewing your questionnaire, we will contact you by email to set up a date,and time for your consultation via phone or in person. Through the consultation we will come to learn your style and dreams for your brand.
Proposal Based on our conversation and determination of your needs and desires for your branding, a proposal will be developed itemizing your design needs, production and timeline, and investment. Once agreed upon, we will move forward to bring your brand to fruition.
Implementation Upon signing a Custom Design Letter of Agreement, and depending on which level of service is selected, a non-refundable design fee is collected at this time.
Design, Development, + Deliverables PD&K will provide you with 3 design concepts in PDF/JPEG version. At this time you will review designs and choose one. A total of 2 revisions are included to make corrections in your content and/or adjustments in design. Any additional revisions are priced at $75 per hour. Upon receiving the final proof, Please carefully PROOFREAD! We do nor provide this service. Generally you can expect to receive your completed design within 4 to 10 weeks or longer based on the complexity of the design after signing off on the final approval. Final Payment, including applicable tax must be paid in full before files are sent, and/or designs are printed. All Design files are sent electronically. 10
