Dreamy fonts

Dreamy colors

We absolutely adore script fonts paired with sans or sans serif (non script). Why? Because the pairing creates a romantic, whimsical, and clean balance of the two. But choosing your fonts is a simple as knowing the details and style for your wedding day.

Which color will you choose? Will you go with Pantone’s color of the year, or will you choose a hue of your favorite? No matter what color you choose, just know that many options are available to you. Here are some popular colors to get you started.

Printing Methods

digital offset printing

engraving

A method of printing that is common and widely used because it can produce high quality images and wording. Which are created in a file and then can be printed directly from a desktop. The turn around time for printing is much quicker and is less expensive of all the printing methods.

A method of printing that produces artwork and wording with a raised or etched look and feel. Like letterpress, a plate is first created, and then applied to paper through a press producing a raised and timeless look. This printing method is the most traditional of all. The turn around time is longer, and the investment high.

$

$$$

thermography

foil stamping

A method of printing where a special powder is applied to the wording or artwork on the paper. When heat is applied it produces a raised effect of the ink. With this method of printing the turnaround is not as quick as offset and investment is moderate. $$

A method of printing in which a plate is created of the artwork/wording and the application of metallic or pigmented foil. That plate is pressed into the paper to produce an impression of the artwork/wording on the stock. Traditional colors used are silver and gold, but more color options are available. With this printing method the turnaround time is longer and the investment high.

Letterpress

$$$

A method of printing in which a raised plate of the wording/artwork is created first. That plate is pressed into the paper to produce an impression of the wording/artwork on luxurious paper. Color is applied with each press and on a single sheet fed through a printing press. With this printing method the turnaround time is longer and the investment high.

emboss/blind emboss

22

A method of printing that involves a die that makes a raised impression or 3D effect to an image on paper when pressure is applied through a printing press. Ink or foil can be added. Blind embossing is when there is no color added. De-bossing is the reverse process in which the artwork/ wording creates an indentation in the paper. With emboss printing methods the turnaround time is longer and the investment high. $$$
