1. Introduction Welcome to your guide English@Estudio. Here you will find all kinds of useful information to help you be a successful English learner. I will help you on your journey but it is y ou w ho will be responsible for your learning...

It’s your journey, choose your path wisely!

2. Expectations I imagine everyone wants to be the best they can, to feel good about themselves. Why wouldn’t you? And everyone has the right to be the best they can (including you and your classmates) To make sure everyone can be the best they can we need to create a positive classroom atmosphere. So, how do we do this?

Be respectful

There are lots of different ways we show our respect for others. One way is by respecting their turn to speak and listening to them. If you interrupt your teacher or classmates you do not show respect for them and vice versa. Also by listening to your classmates’ opinions and accepting that not everyone has the same opinions, we are showing respect for them.

Be kind

Help each other, encourage each other, simply be nice.

Participate

Be active, collaborate, share your opinions... Make class an interesting place to be!

Believe in yourself and your classmates - Have a “can do” attitude and never give up on yourself or your classmates!

3

Make good choices

Think about your actions and their consequences. Is it a good choice?

Be responsible

People who are responsible don't make excuses for their actions or blame others when things go wrong. They are honest and fair and accept the consequences of their actions.

Be the best you can and help your classmates be the best they can!
