PRESS RELEASE Voice Box at the Old Olive Press, 25th May 2013 On Saturday 25th May, at 8:30 pm, accompanied by the fool moon, the “Art in the Old Olive Press” will host a live “voice box”. Voice Box is a phonetic ensemble of 16 singers, singing pop, rock and musical covers of the international repertoir, as well as novel compositions of the modern choir creation.
“Art in the Old Olive Press”, in its dialogue with arts, artists and public, has set as a goal the promotion of any essential and honest artistic expression. From organised events, like Stella Gidari on the piano at its opening, the Poetry Night with Anna Papazafeiropoulou on the piano and the Classical Music Evenings with soprano Larisa Iasonidou
and Irene Tsolaki on the piano in
Easter, to impromptu musical gatherings, known to those that love this cultural hub, the Old Olive Press’s relationship with music holds steady and warm.
