PACIFIC THEATRES BAR
Los Angeles, CA / 69,317 sf
Paying homage to the glamour of Old Hollywood in the Art Deco era
Situated in a high-end retail development, this popular movie theatre wanted to enhance its customer experience by way of refreshing interiors and expanding concession offerings. Deriving inspiration from the vintage glamour of LA’s film scene, our design team introduced signature design elements that were modern yet cohesively fortified the vintage glamour motif. The signature backlit, brass-framed marquee bar has yielded such compelling revenue results that the concept has been replicated in other locations.
MAJESTIC ATHLETIC
Multiple Locations / 2,200 sf
A “plug and play” design celebrating major league baseball
Majestic’s commitment to craftsmanship, design and technical innovation was a key design driver for our design of this space that replicates a big league clubhouse featuring lockers, dugout benches, fencing, bat displays and astroturf. To enhance the experience, our team developed stylized graphic artwork and visual displays that have become signature to the Majestic brand in order to communicate the passion of the game and the experience of the player from the locker room, to the dugout, to winning the World Series on-field.

Our team worked with the client to create the brand strategy and identity for Bunulu - a name derived from the aboriginal word for “place of water. The overall look and feel of the store supports Bunulu’s commitment to coastal lifestyle enthusiasts who expect a unique, soulful and comfortable approach to style.
DAVIDSON CAMPUS STORE
Davidson, NC / 6,000 sf

Our strategy focused on bringing the visual excitement of well-known branded retail to a collegiate setting and merchandising a broad product array in a setting that projects the values and spirit of Davidson College.
ELEMENT HOTEL
Repositioning Global Prototype
Ensuring the guest experience is environmentally friendly and as holistic as possible
As part of the repositioning of the Element Brand for Marriott International, Little was asked to analyze and evaluate the existing guest experience prototype and provide design solutions to enhance the brand’s performance. The resulting public space of the lobby now creates a more activated and profitable common space. The market comes to life with food carts and flexible crate merchandising. And, the new room model allows for the conversion of public space complete with a full kitchen, bar seating and a large dining table – good for meals or business meetings.
