Its 136-square-meter area consists of five horizontally divided spaces. 2. GROUND FLOOR - CAFE AREA Ground floor consists of foyer, a cafe with center dry kitchen zone, and a wet kitchen with store room. Floor material finished with High-End Resilient Flooring (HERF) in wood grain texture. Wall is finished in off-form-concrete board. Back-of-house (wet kitchen, store and toilet) is finished with 300 x 300 homogeneous floor and wall tile.

FIRST FLOOR - GALLERY AREA First floor consists of gallery spaces with featured modular stage, performing spaces, viewing corner, staff corner and back stage. Floor material finished with matte clear sealant concrete flooring. The spaces are versatile with the introduction of rotating wall to further enlighten the usability of spaces.

SECOND FLOOR - LIVING AREA Second floor consists of 4 bedrooms, dining area, study area, kitchen and balcony. Each bedroom includes bathroom, study area and a wardrobe. Bedroom 3 & 4 are located in the middle of the shophouse therefore are mechanically ventilated while bedroom 1 & 2 are naturally ventilated.
