“This festival is Philadelphia’s opportunity to see a cross section of the world’s great experimenters in one time and place. Art making that breaks the mold gives birth to ideas, passionate discussion, and conceptual thinking that helps move our culture forward. Above all, the Festival is a wild ride through the crazy variety of work that leading artists—international and Phillybased—are doing today.” Nick Stuccio, president and producing director, FringeArts
