Help us thank all those who served and are currently serving in our Armed Forces! Thank you cards and coloring pages will be available at the library. We’ll collect everything and send it to organizations that will help get it to veterans and those currently serving!
Food Drive at LPL Nov. 4 to Nov. 18
Donate non-perishable items to local food pantries and community organizations, including Interreligious Food Consortium and Samaritan Center, by dropping items off at the library collection points.
Mitten Tree
Nov. 27 - Dec. 18
Stop by the LPL and place new or handmade mittens, gloves, hats and scarves under the holiday tree. They will be distributed to a local charity.
Salvation Army Christmas Bureau Distribution Nov. 27 - Dec. 9
The LPL will be accepting toy donations for distribution. Toys should be new and unwrapped. Note: LPL will be closed Wednesday, Nov. 17 for a staff day.
