On behalf of our 2024 Cattlemen for Cattlemen sale group, it is our pleasure to welcome you to our 6th annual female sale held at the Muskingham Livestock Facility
The cattle our sellers bring to you in this sale are all cattle we are proud of . They are guaranteed to perform well in your herd and bring exciting genetics to the table Our guarantee will follow each breed association’s guidelines. Each female will be confirmed pregnant, or noted not, by palpation or ultrasound performed by licensed veterinarians
2024 has been a challenging year for some in the fields where weather has had an impact, but we know all the challenges cattlemen face make us more resilient and stronger with new knowledge on best ways to “weather the storm” These females we bring to you today all have that same ability to “weather the storm” . The market has been strong for good cattle that can produce well and bring profit to our cattlemen. We believe the cattle in this sale will enhance your herds and provide that profit you seek as well as being the kind you are proud to show off in the pasture!
We continue to encourage pre-farm visits, if possible, for you to walk through the cattle in their home environment and see how they are raised . This also provides us with the opportunity to learn about your goals for your own herds so we are better able to bring the type of cattle you seek to our sales We have a good variety of exciting current genetics as well as some older well-respected genetics represented in our offering this year
Cattle can be viewed ahead of time, by appointment with the individual farms represented, or after noon on Friday, Sept 27th at the auction facility up until sale time on Saturday Our owners will be in person at the sale ready and anxious to discuss the offerings and answer any questions you may have
We look forward to visiting with you on sale day or before
Sincerely,
Laurie Ferguson, Matt Brown and Matt Horst Representing the Cattlemen for Cattlemen Sale group
PS: Food service on the evening of the sale will be available at the cafeteria located at Muskingum Livestock Facility (location of sale)

Its hard to part with this one as she was one of Rod’s favorites! Her name says it all! We are proud of this cow. This Conversation daughter, going back to Connealy Confidence, carries the CAB logo and is a Pathfinder. She has perfect phenotype and is the front pasture kind of cow. She has strong growth, docility and foot score EPDs. We are retaining her Kansas daughter that we weaned this year. She is a high-capacity cow that checks all the boxes. She would make a perfect “herd starter” cow.
