Welcome to our 2025 sale offering!
As years pass, the things we were told in our younger years start to set in, and we realize how fast time goes. That realization makes us even more grateful for our customers and all who lend their time to look, help, or support!
Thankfully, 2024 proved that hard times don’t last. We had a mild winter with a wet spring that made for some ruts and sloppy calving conditions, but it all provided us with a bountiful hay crop and pastures tall enough to graze well into fall with carryover for this year. We sure can’t say that every year.
We are excited about this year’s offering and hope you agree! Offering you the best quality cattle possible is a responsibility we take seriously. No matter the direction you are going in your cow herd, there is a bull or female in our sale that will help you achieve your goals.
Our customers know this, but if you are new to Jackpot, you’ll quickly learn that we don’t blow smoke We call our cattle as we see them and know that perfect doesn’t exist, but just right for each of us is possible. That means you can count on us to help you find cattle that fit your needs rather than our agenda.
Cattle can be viewed anytime by calling Clay at 605-461-1494. Bulls and heifers will be at our place in Miller for viewing at your convenience starting on February 9 You’re also invited to join us for lunch on February 12 and view the cattle in the display pens.

Mack is what we dream of all first calvers having! His phenotype and performance check the boxes, but it’s his pedigree and the shear amount of maternal legends he has running through his veins that get us excited! We feel this guy has as much potential to impact an operation as any bull we have ever raised! Curve bender here, folks
A 3/4 brother to Lot 1, Miles doesn’t let off the gas! The Hard Right females were on our “not for sale” list, and their gorgeous udders and ability to bring home these studs only have us excited for the future!

An April-born calf by CKCC Mr Remedy that impresses with his stoutness, soundness, and overall softness. Mario goes back to our Upgrade donor, 807 The ability of our cattle to be multidimensional is essential and the maternal influence is what we feel keeps them that way. Here’s a standout.
KBHR Revolution has been siring sale-topping cattle across the country and crossing him with our 317 donor doesn’t disappoint. Marvel is a dense built beef bull that will add value to a calf crop.
Merle offers a balanced phenotype with added look and length. He also has a set of EPD’s that allow for little criticism. His dam is coming 11, has produced past high-sellers, and is AI bred for ‘25. Longevity and quality bred right in here

Magnus is a moderately framed, excellent built son of Revolution The bottom side of his pedigree boasts ES D9, the dam to lot 20 and granddam to lot 1. He also goes back to Britt, which only adds to his intrigue.
Combining our A315 and 317A donors was an easy decision once we committed to it! Maxim is square, dense, and full of maternal genetics. Both A315 and 317A are AI’d to calve this spring at 12 years old.

I like to offer females from our commercial cows when I see quality and potential for our customers. Most of our recip cows can flat out produce natural calves. If a cow doesn’t take an embryo, we expect her to pay her feed bills in another way. There are no throw away calves here, and heifers like these prove that. Individual sires listed 7126 papered as 3/8 Simmental.
