WELCOME
TO THE 14TH ANNUAL
SPRUNK-ERDMANN PRODUCTION SALE
Power and carcass without giving up eye appeal and structure explains this year’s sale selection. It really is hard to combine all those genetic qualities consistently into one package. To say we are proud of this group of calves we have been working with and providing to you this year is an understatement. Notably this year we have our highest number of calves to offer to date that have met Certified Angus Beef’s Targeting the Brand qualifications with 27 of the 61 Registered Angus Bulls. We have highlighted them throughout the catalog as such. The minimum genetic requirements to meet CAB’s standard is having at least a +0.65 on their MARB EPD and a +55 on their Dollar Grid Carcass ($G) Index. $G is a value given in dollars per carcass and is the “expected average difference in the future progeny performance

We have concluded there is some work to be done in the Angus Breed, watching foot and udder structure has become a high point in both our herds and is evident in culling many females that do not meet our minimum requirements as well as selecting sires of our calves that have come highly regarded in these areas.
With that we want to invite you out to our places, the cows are up, and calving is about to begin, by the time you read this may have already begun! Come see what our cows have done for us, how the calves we are offering this year are growing so you can make stronger decisions about what you need to add to your genetics and cow herds this year.
SINCERELY,
Jeremy & Stacy Erdmann Family

RANCHER’S PRAYER
HEAVENLY FATHER,
As I rise each day to care for the land and the animals you’ve entrusted to me, I ask for your guidance, strength, and protection. Grant me the wisdom to manage my resources wisely, and the endurance to work long hours in the fields and pastures.
Bless the animals under my care. Keep them healthy and safe from harm. Help me to treat them with kindness and respect, understanding that they are a part of your creation. May my work bring honor to you and provide for my family and community.
Lord, I ask for favorable weather and abundant harvests. Protect my land from drought, storms, and any other calamities that may threaten my livelihood. Give me peace and trust in your provision, even when times are tough.
Help me to be a good steward of the land. Preserving its beauty and productivity for future generations. Guide me in my decisions, so that I may work in harmony with nature and honor you in all that I do.
Thank you for the blessings of the land and the life of a rancher. May my work be a reflection of your love and care for all of creation.
IN JESUS’ NAME, I PRAY, AMEN.
