35th Annual Production Sale

March 11th, 2025; 1 pm at the Ranch in Phillipsburg, KS

Bar Arrow Cattle Company

Dear Beef Producers,

Who would have thought feeder cattle, calves and fat cattle would be selling this high.

We are very proud of this year’s sale offering. They are the thickest topped and best footed bulls we have ever offered. They are clean fronted and smooth shouldered. The performance has been good. We have just as good of weights and ratios at the bottom as we do at the top 10 percent of the EPDs. You will probably be able to tell from the footnotes, we put a major focus on the maternal side resulting in lasting productivity as opposed to only aiming for terminal numbers. Every bull and female in this sale comes from an elite and proven cow family. Our entire operation, commercial and registered, has been developed for many years centering around productive, trouble free cows. Our cows are run like most of the commercial herds in our area. The cows summer in big pastures away from our headquarters, then they move to corn stalks for the winter and are moved to the home place to calve. I would like to invite you to come out at any time to look at the bulls and their dams. The bulls have undergone a complete fertility exam by Suchsland Vet Sevice. Be sure to join us for a delicious prime rib sandwich with all the fixins before the sale. Stuart and Donna Jarvis; Cody Jarvis; Kayla Sinn

BAG 60A MISS WILTY 28Y 60A

30M is this year’s high-indexing bull. Sired by our resident black purebred bull, but the dams side is what’s impressive about his pedigree. He is out of a 12 year old cow that summered in our “retirement” pasture that was hailed to nothing on July 30th. You will find Miss Wilty 60A’s influence all throughout this offering.
