We hold ourselves to high standards as your genetic supplier, continuously striving for the higher bar. Fertility and longevity in our registered mama cows continue to be convictions of this program because it’s what keeps us in business. At the same time of striving for 80% first service conception and squeezing our calving window down to 45 days, cows either reach the bar or leave the ranch. Our registered cows must earn their stay in our program by eating grass, by milking and breeding up, and by raising a big calf with no creep fed; low input for us and expected high output from our cows. After placing extreme pressure on our registered herd, the great cows separate themselves from the good cows. This enhances the conviction, “fertility matters and longevity in the herd pays the bills.” Prolific cows showing true genetic evaluation against each other within the same contemporary group.

The management of our registered cows mimics the commercial cows run in our customer’s herds.
