LIABILITY The Shaver family assumes no liability for accidents or injuries. All persons attending do so at their own risk.

GUARANTEE All bulls will receive a first breeding season guarantee. A breeding season is defined as 90 days from the bull turnout date. If a bull is found to be infertile at any point during the first breeding season a replacement will be provided, if available, or a sale credit less $1750 (salvage value).

FERTILITY Scrotal measurements will be available sale day and on our website and Facebook page prior to the sale.

TERMS Terms of the sale are cash or check. Cattle will sell according to the terms and conditions of the American Angus Association.

HEALTH All cattle will be accompanied by proper health certificates for immediate shipment. The bulls have been on a complete vaccination and mineral program. The bulls in the sale will have passed a breeding soundness exam prior to the sale.

BULL DEVELOPMENT Bulls have been developed with the commercial cattlemen in mind. Bulls are developed to show genetic potential without sacrificing longevity.

SEMEN INTEREST Shaver Angus will retain 1/3 semen interest in all bulls selling. The buyer will receive 100% possession and full salvage value.

Welcome to our Inaugural Sale!

Since our program began in 2004 as a FFA project, we have marketed our bulls private treaty off the farm on a first come first serve basis. We are excited to move to a sale format to allow our past and future customers equal opportunity to acquire from our entire offering.

Our program is focused on breeding balanced trait cattle that are functional with plenty of muscle and capacity that will perform in any environment. We expect our cows to breed back early, wean a big calf, and be problem free with good foot and udder quality. The sires used for this offering excel for performance, foot quality, hair shedding, and are backed by a tremendous cow. As you look through the bulls, you will find consistency of phenotype that will leave you steer calves that will smash the scales and daughters that will be excellent replacements.

If you are unable to attend the sale, you can watch and bid on LiveAuctions.TV. All the bulls will have videos for you to preview on the LiveAuctions website. All you have to do is sign up ahead of time, and with high speed internet you can bid in real time. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions.
