Lameness must be determined by Thursday following the sale. Soundness includes sound on all four, good in air, eyes, and does not crib. Cash, check or bank wire transfers are accepted. Wire transfers must be received by Tuesday following sale or animal will be held at auction barn at buyer’s cost.

No private sales before or after sale shall take place.
