We would like to welcome you to the Huninghake Angus Ranch Annual Sale.
We are located in Northeast Kansas in Marshall County. For the base of our cattle program, we have assembled some of the finest genetics from some of the top breeders to use as the foundation of our operation. These females along with the cows we already had make up the base of our cowherd. Our goal is to breed sound top-quality Angus cattle with balanced genetic traits.
We are striving to provide cattle that will work for our customers by raising them in a similar working environment. Our bulls go to the good commercial cattlemen selecting profitable genetics for their operations.
Our cattle will make a positive contribution and will improve every sector of the beef cattle industry. These cattle will meet the current and future needs of the beef industry. They have the quality to be used in purebred and commercial operations. This includes raising elite both purebred and crossbred bulls that grow fast and efficiently, be easy to handle, will calve easy, and will produce excellent steers and replacement heifers.
We continually place particular emphasis on dispositions, structural correctness, performance and udder quality. We put a strong emphasis on genetic selection and performance data. Sale Terms and Conditions
All animals sell under the terms and conditions set forth by their representative breed association.
Pick-Up Discount/Volume Discount/After Sale/Delivery
A $100 per bull discount is available to buyers who pay for their purchase(s) and take their bull(s) home on sale day. We will feed all other bulls free until April 1, and then $4.00 per day until delivered or picked up. Bulls will be delivered free within 250 miles of Huninghake Angus Ranch. Outside of this 250-mile range, we will work with you on economical delivery beyond that point. Cattle must be delivered or picked up by May 1, 2025 unless prior arrangements have been made..
Health/Management
All bulls have received BRVD, P13 and a live respiratory virus vaccine. They were poured for internal and external parasites.
Online Bidding
Our sale will be broadcasted over the internet on liveauctions.tv If you cannot attend the sale in person, we have set up this method so that you can view the sale and make purchases. Huninghake Angus Ranch and it’s staff, hosts, or representatives will not be responsible for any personal injury or damage to any attendee’s property.
Sale Order

Bulls/Fertility Guarantee
All bulls selling have passed a complete breeding soundness exam before sale day. All bulls are guaranteed for fertility and genetic soundness for the first breeding season. If a bull is proven to be a non-breeder for fertility or a genetically caused soundness condition, we will replace the bull with a satisfactory replacement or issue a credit for the next upcoming sale. This guarantee does not cover broken legs, infectious disease, miss-management, neglect or frozen scrotal or foot rot. We will stand by any breeding tool injury. This guarantee does not cover death loss. When a bull is warranted, we will deduct a $2,000 salvage value. The reason behind this is, this makes the owner of the bull is to take care of the animal before his salvage value gets worse. The balance will be credited or will be given a replacement. Money warranted must be used on only 1 bull, if the replacement bull brings more than the warranted balance, buyer must pay the balance at settlement. If the replacement bull brings less, then the warranted balance there will be no refund or credit on the balance. Before a bull is sold, you must claim the warranty, a vet analyses or picture should accompany a claim. Most of all, give us a call as soon as a problem is discovered, so we can make things right. All warranty claims must be reported to us by November 1st of that year.

We will be selling 100% possession and reserve the right to retain 1/3 semen interest on all bulls selling.
