PANEER BHURJI
Cuisine - Indian Cooking Time -15 Min Preparation Time - 10 Min
INGREDIENTS 1 lt milk 3-4 tbsp Vinegar 2 tbsp oil ½ cup onion, chopped 1 tbsp green chillies, chopped 1 cup tomatoes, chopped 1 cup cottage cheese Ÿ tsp turmeric powder 2 tsp coriander, chopped, Salt to taste

Tomatoes Sliced Mint leaf
1. Boil milk in a pan and add a little vinegar to the milk. 2. When the milk curdles, drain off the excess liquid through a muslin cloth. 3. Your paneer/cottage cheese is ready. 4. Heat oil in another pan and add chopped onion, followed by chopped green chillies, chopped tomatoes and cottage cheese. 5. Mix well.

Add salt and turmeric powder to the paneer and mix again. Turn off the gas. Mix with some chopped coriander. Transfer the bhurji to a serving plate. Garnish it with sliced tomato and mint leaf.
