Correction: It was brought to my attention via email that the comparison of the Empire State Building height to the depth of the Marianas Trench was incorrect. In the May issue of Beach Life Magazine, I incorrectly calculated 5.4 Empire State Buildings would be the same depth as the Marianas Trench. East of the Marianas Islands near Indonesia, is the world’s deepest point. Challenger Deep is found within the Marianas Trench which is a deep fissure caused by the oceanic plate being pushed against the continental plate. Marianas Trench is 1,554 miles long, averages 44 miles wide and is 36,200 feet deep. The deepest part of the ocean: Challenger Deep is approximately 36,200 feet deep Empire State's roof height is 1,250 feet You are absolutely correct “Lynne Jacks”. It is around 29 empire state buildings high. Thank you for bringing this to my attention. Lisa

WHAT IT’S LIKE TO LIVE ON LBI.....YEAR ROUND I consider it a privilege to write this story and would like nothing better than to give you a glimpse into island life. I have lived on the island since November, 2010. What a pristine time of year to move here. Let me start with its natural beauty. Each end of the island is so dramatically different whether it’s the north end featuring our historic “Old Barney” lighthouse across the channel from Island Beach State Park or the south end featuring the wild life bird sanctuary and peninsula acquiescing to the Atlantic City skyline. Every street in between is remarkably unique as well. The bay might have its own beach or dramatically drop several feet deep below the bulkhead that separates and protects the yard, dock, or marina it laps against. (Love that sound.) The ocean is a vast mysterious body of water that separates us from Portugal directly across yet obeys it’s command to stay within its borders unless confused with a mixture of hurricane/nor’easter and/or full moon components.

Group as a Real Estate Agent (pages 28-29) or teaching private applied piano lessons (page 24), I might get our cars checked at Mark Atkinson’s “Undertoe”, a more honest man you’ll never meet (page 24). I may stop up on Schooner’s Wharf at Howie Brecher’s Tropics or Coconuts to get a chic sweatshirt, hoodie, blanket, or quilt (page 11). While I’m there it’s only the responsible thing as a multi pet owner to stop in Buddy’s Pet Shop and see what goodies owner Maria Cetrola has on special (page 9). When I am in a shopping mode for someone special I have to go to Jenna Jane’s for high end jewelry such as Brighton, Swarovski, Spartina, or John Medeiros (page 11). Then I may saunter across the street after having grabbed a fabulous mocha latte at The Coffee BouTEAque owned by Nick Placakis (page 8) to Just Love owned by AT Ozgul who specializes in handmade jewelry, especially rings. He also is the only shop in town for ear piercings (page 12). Just around the corner is one of my favorite purveyors of unique island merchandise and custom signs, Song of The Sea owned by Debbie Mozer (page 12). Since I’m the type that likes to plan ahead I can’t forget Yuletide (page 12) owned by Jack Julian where you can find traditional, classic and/ or personal Christmas décor. There you’ll find wonderful and magical ornaments, designer candles, beach life and coastal creations made by local artists that make memories and inspire Christmas dreams. Who would have imagined a mermaid tail for a stocking? A few steps further and you come upon Chick’s LBI Shop (page 13). It’s here that I can purchase custom made screen printing and embroidery on tee shirts, sweat shirts, hats, etc for men, women, and children. There are other posh selections such as Miami Oceanography artwork transposed to shirts with LBI wear, Guy Harvey brands and UV wear with the SPF factor built in.

Local’s Summer Begins on the day after Labor Day!

Actually LBI is a natural barrier reef surrounded by ever shifting sand bars that exist to protect the mainland. The beautifully replenished beach is affected by the tide, currents, winds, lunar schedule and weather. One day the ocean might be a churny greenish gray angry at the impending storm and the next day it may be a balmy bluish green calm perfect for kayaking, paddle boarding or parasailing. Besides the beach we are best known for our sunrises and sunsets. Enjoying a bay front property on the south end, I am ever amazed at the beautiful hues following the endless designs etched into the sky as the sun descends. Almost every night is literally breathtaking and a word I use rarely – awesome. Living on the island is not all play or festivals and no work. Actually, you can stay very busy all the time. When I am not working at Coastal Living Real Estate

At this point, I may stop in my local pharmacy, Kaplar’s owned by Samantha Kelly, a truly caring and seasoned professional (page 15) I may get a bite to eat at one of the newest and hottest eateries in Beach Haven,The Shack owned by Kenny Muha and Jim Brennan. Their menu speaks for itself (page 19). It is geared toward both the traditional and unique. In-other-words, there is something for everybody. They have: great seafood for the seafarersSeafood pasta; authentic dishes from across the country – Tampa Bay Cuban; fresh cut fries and pizza for the young at heart; and Acai Bowls, for the responsibly healthy. new building has been completely made over by Temple Construction to be made to look beachy. They also feature local artists by displaying their art on the walls. The Shack is next door to The Bagel Shack also owned by Kenny for the last six years. The Bagel Shack is an iconic institution know for its freshness and quality product. As a responsible citizen of LBI, I wait until I get home to enjoy a glass of wine or equally delicious adult beverage. Fortunately for me I have to pass my number one liquor store of all time, Rommel’s Liquor Store owned by Don Rommel (page 14). It is my favorite because Don is such a decent guy. He has helped me a lot over the years for which I will always be grateful. There are so many businesses that persevere the fast paced summer just to stretch funds while waiting the long hours, days and months for your return. Unless I had owned a business myself I never would have appreciated the sacrifice that is made to keep the island a lovely oasis to live or visit. One owner is Bill Hutson of Lorry’s Island End Motel, a good Samaritan in this community who will go the extra mile in more ways than most (page 31). Another owner is David Voris of Giglio’s Awnings who always provides product, service and maintenance of the utmost quality (page 20). Owner Oral Williams of Oral’s Place Dry Cleaning offers good prices where I get all my clothes dry cleaned and sewn (page 16). Everybody needs a good and reliable HVAC company (see Comfort Zone pg 25), plumber (see Ed Johnson Plumbing pg 16), electrician ( see I. Robert’s Electric pg 16), and Attorney (see Alison Aaron Attorney at Law pg 16). We have listed true and tried companies/experts in all of these areas and much much more for your edification.

The apple truly doesn’t fall too far from the tree. My first experience with the Kelley Agency, now Beach Haven Southend Realty ( pages 16-17) was with this wonderful woman and RE Agent, June Transue. Years later I returned to not find June but her vivacious daughter, Jan Thomas. We spent a whole summer together in the year 2000 looking for that ideal vacation home. Finally, at the verge of giving up, Jan sensing my frustration asked, “What is your dream home?” I thought she was crazy because we had spent the whole summer together making offers and even signing a contract. All I wanted was a little house on the bay like my parents had growing up. Next thing I know we were negotiating a deal on the bay front of my dreams. Moving forward 16 years I’ll always have Jan to thank for being the one to lead me home where I enjoy repose and solitude with my two wonderful children.

Beach Haven South End Realty is housed in an adorable little cottage nestled in South Beach Haven owned and operated by Broker Jan Thomas for the past four years was formerly known as the Kelley Agency since 1965. Jan took over 29 days before horrific storm Sandy which forced six foot of sand and debris straight through the front door. Jan, after being an agent for 21 years, not only had to face her new responsibilities of being a broker but now had to restore an entire building. With great fortitude and determination she and husband Jim, a contractor and builder, set about remaking the place into the quintessential RE office of the south end.

Her growing business handles sales and rentals primarily for Beach Haven and Holgate. Her motto is Customer service with a smile. “You always have to put on a happy face.” says Jan. Families over the years, all of whom Jan knows by name including their kids, come to expect the cheery atmosphere they receive when walking through the door. “It’s us, not them” says Jan. Our families can trust us to put them in a clean, well appointed unit each and every time. Since having taken over, Jan has doubled her client base and currently has a staff of six, i.e. four agents, a manager, and a bookkeeper. Since assuming ownership Jan has implemented and expanded contemporary ideas but always keeps the friendly style. Saturday October 1 of Chowderfest weekend, weather permitting, is going to be a ‘Thank You For Your Business’ open house shindig of epic proportions held from 2:00-6:00. Jan is going all out (which is her usual style) to host this swarey that will include refreshments and entertainment by Chuck, Paul, and Meri available to the public and guarantee satisfaction to all ages. Home owners will be able to register their properties via authorization forms permitting BHSR to represent them in the upcoming 2017 rental season. A raffle style ticket containing your email address may be the award winning recipient of a gorgeous gift basket from Reynolds Garden Shop.

The Chicken or the Egg

otherwise known as the Chegg, is sometimes known as the center of town in Beach Haven, LBI. I had the pleasure of being able to meet with one of the co-owners of the Chegg, Craig Cohen. I asked Craig about The Ludicrous Challenge, which if you aren’t familiar with it, The Ludicrous Challenge is where you have to eat 12 original wings with the Ludicrous sauce on them in 15 minutes. The Ludicrous Sauce is a SUPER spicy hot sauce! Craig told me that The Ludicrous Challenge was not very popular until it appeared on Man VS Food. Man VS Food is a show on the Travel Channel, starring Adam Richman. Adam Richman travels America doing crazy food challenges. After hearing about The Chicken or the Egg, the show came to LBI and asked if they could do The Ludicrous Challenge on the show. Craig and co-owner/brother Mark said yes. Challenge accepted. “It was pretty wild, yeah. You want us to be on TV? Sure!” said Craig, when I asked him what his reaction was to being on the show. The show aired on August 25th 2010. Craig told me the challenge used to be pretty rare, but after the show aired, an interest in it began to grow. “The challenge is pretty rough, some people can’t even get through one wing. I don’t even want one!” said Craig describing the challenge. “This place is awesome,” exclaimed Craig, “it blows me away! It’s just an amazing feeling when people say this is the center of town.” I told Craig how almost everyone I know on LBI goes to the Chicken or the Egg. I asked him if he uses a lot of advertising.Word of mouth is huge! But

this whole social media thing made it big.” Along with social media spreading the word about Chegg, they have a website. On the website you can find an online menu, and an internet store. Tons of stuff is for sale on the Internet store, such as: beach towels, sauces, t-shirts, and stickers. “A lot of people don’t know it’s open 24 hours, it’s kind of like our alter ego.” said Craig. Dinner is the biggest shift of the day, and it barely dies down once the bars close! “Interesting is a good word to describe the 2 am – 5 am time of the day. Sometimes more than you wish. Some of these weekends get insane. This is a party town.” said Craig. Along with being a great restaurant, and being opened all hours, Chicken or the Egg has a GREAT take out business. If people don’t know about our take-out before they come here, they sure will after eating here. Customers will be sitting at tables eating and people will be walking up and down carrying piles upon piles of boxes.” To end our interview, Craig and I talked about how the business has grown. “It’s amazing how things have gone over the past 25 years, we used to be across the street from Murphy’s in a much smaller space. Now we’re here” said Craig. -Emma Colby

Enjoy the fall while the water is still warm. Quiet beaches welcome you as you watch the waves crash and seagulls laugh. September and October are simply gorgeous! Winter storms will pound the beaches soon. Rough surf, wind and rain batter the dunes dragging sand back to the ocean. The ocean will try to flatten the dunes and leave our island homes unprotected. But we are ready! Our new improved wide beaches and high dunes will protect us from the harsh winter. Beach replenishment was an annoyance but we will be very thankful after the next storm hits. -Lisa

Cupping: Not Just for Olympians by Daggi Ball

While watching Michael Phelps during the Rio Olympics, many people have been wondering what the bright purple circles were on his back and why are they there? What It Is: Cupping is an Eastern medicine modality that uses cups to create suction over tight points to relieve pain. The skin and superficial fascia and muscles are drawn into the cup with a vacuum like effect whether by fire or an air pump, and the cups are left there for several minutes. Depending on your comfort level, the cups may be moved around in a massaging motion calling “gliding/sliding cupping” or they may stay where they are. How Does It Feel: The initial sensation may feel like a slight pull or tug, but after a minute or so you begin to feel very relaxed and often sleepy. You may even feel the tight muscles beneath the cup start to jump as

they release tension. If it feels at all painful, inform your practitioner and they can make proper adjustments. What It Does: Think of Cupping as an inverse process to Deep Tissue massage; instead of the muscles being pushed down to release tension they are being pulled up to create space for blood to flow. This allows stagnant blood to be removed and fresh red blood cells to be regenerated. Tight muscles will relax, and toxins will be removed and pulled up to the surface to be cleansed out by the body’s lymphatic system. Benefits: There are numerous reasons to get Cupping regularly including releasing chronically tight muscles, reducing pain, detoxing and boosting

23

the immune system. By keeping the flow of healthy red blood cells, you can keep your body in top shape and help prevent sickness. Cupping is a great way to relieve pain for everyone, not just Olympians! Daggi Helene Massage offers Cupping as an addition to massage therapy. Schedule your appointment today and start enjoying the numerous health benefits that this ancient practice has to offer.

Bringing Disney Magic to the Shores of Long Beach Island

And so ends another summer of fun, family, sand, and surf on the beautiful beaches of LBI. As your flip flop tan fades away, it’s easy to forget that vacations are not just a summer thing. Colleen Dean, a resident of Beach Haven, wants to bring a little Disney magic to the shores of Long Beach Island. Colleen is a representative of Hi Ho Vacations, an Authorized Disney Vacation Planning Agency, and after speaking with her for only a short time, the joy and passion she has for the Happiest Place on Earth is both uplifting and contagious. For absolutely no cost, Colleen will design and book an unforgettable Disney experience for the whole family, drawing from a wealth of knowledge of Walt Disney World in Florida, Disneyland in California, Disney’s Aulani Resort in beautiful Hawaii, the Disney Cruise Line, and

a multitude of travel options around the world, offered through Adventures by Disney. A long-time lover of all things Disney, Colleen decided to turn her passions in to a career and share her love with friends, neighbors, and fellow islanders; “I’ve just had so many wonderful experiences at Disney, from vacations as a child, to getting engaged in Epcot, to cruising the Caribbean. This fall will be our son’s first trip and we can’t wait to make new memories as a family.” As an Authorized Disney Vacation Planner, Colleen can provide guests not only with wonderful discounts on hotel stays and ticket packages, but can work personally with your family to cater to any wants and needs you may have. Colleen knows all the secrets and tips to help make any Disney vacation the best experience possible. Looking to book breakfast with Mickey Mouse? Want to know the best place to watch the fireworks? Colleen can provide a tailor made experience that is fun for the entire family. A little bit of Disney magic can go a long way, especially as we turn the clocks back, prepare for the grind of the holiday season, and bundle up in sweaters, scarves, and jackets. Give Colleen a call, or drop her an e-mail and she will provide you and your family with the exemplary service that people have come to expect from Disney. It is this attention to detail that sets both Disney and Colleen above the rest. To contact Colleen and begin planning your own magical Disney vacation, send an email to Colleen@HiHoVacations.com.

DELAWARE AVE OYSTER HOUSE

OYSTER SHOOTERS

is one of the hottest, yet newest concepts in town. Open Year Round this place has proven to be a winner. Located next door to its sister, Terrace Tavern Crab Shack of 32 years, owners Steve & Cassy Eisenberg decided on the name because of the location, being on the corner of Delaware Ave and the Blvd in Beach Haven Terrace. The concept is derived from old fashion style oyster houses in the first part of the 20th century with white subway tiles, a very clean open kitchen and a long bar with a shucking station at the end where guests can sit and watch the action. The entire menu seen at www.DelawareAveOysterHouse. com is tapas style, i.e. little meals which are fun to share. Fresh Oysters are available year round with a constantly changing selection of east coast oysters. Specialty apps include Smoke Mahi-Mahi Dip (smoked in the backyard), Oysters Moscow topped with caviar and Shrimp Tempura. Local clams & steamers are always a great choice too. Not a fan of seafood, try the Thai Duck Wings, Roast Turkey Panini or a Smash Burger made on a griddle top not a grill... simply juicy! As winter emerges you can count on daily specials to include dinners and homemade soups. The "Islander Steam Pot" made famous by the Terrace Tavern Crab Shack will make its debut - 2 snow crab clusters, 1lb clams, 1/2 dozen peel n eat shrimp, kielbasa sausage, potatoes, carrots and corn on the cob all steamed together in a big pot, as well as the Lobster Special and Crab Cluster Special. Winter Happy Hour from 3-7pm daily with Buck a Shuck Oysters, a large food menu as well as beer & wine specials is a great time to be had with friends. Delaware Ave Oyster House also has a full bar featuring great Martinis, a fantastic Wine List and 12 Rotating Craft Beers on Tap. Steve is always seeking new local breweries to put on tap. The beer menu can be found at BeerMenus.com. The best part about Delaware Ave Oyster House is that they are open year round. Next visit to LBI whether you are getaway vacationers or a native of LBI, check out this hot spot for yourself. See if you don't agree that this is a must stop spot for really good food and enjoyable meal and, an all around fun time.

My Afghan hound, Rhett Butler, loves the new dog park in Long Beach Township! The old baseball field is now a dog park, basketball court, pickle ball court, Bocce Ball along with the gazebo. It is directly across from Bay View park beach and playground. The entire park is brand spanking new including new rest rooms. Park for the day and enjoy the beach, bay, water activities and sports.

Pickle Ball Pickle-ball® is played on a badminton-sized court: 20’ x 44.’ The ball is served diagonally (starting with the right-hand servicesquare), and points can only be scored by the side that serves.

Players on each side must let the ball bounce once before volleys are allowed, and there is a seven-foot no-volley zone on each side of the net, to prevent “spiking.” The server continues to serve, alternating service courts, until he or she faults. The first side scoring eleven points and leading by at least two points wins. Pickle-ball® can be played with singles or doubles.

Boccie ball also spelled bocci ball, is an interna-

Dog Park

tional game that can be played anywhere from a sandy side alley to a clay-soil or dirt park area to a paved court. Egyptians may have been the first to play an early form of bocce ball thousands of years ago, and from there it was likely picked up by the Greeks. They later shared it with the Italians, who formalized the rules and popularized the game.

While all of this sounds easy enough, there are some tips to consider before blasting the opponent’s ball away from the coveted pallino.

Team one starts by standing behind the foul line -- 10 feet from where the throwing end of the court starts -- and throwing the small pallino ball (smaller ball). This first player then throws again but with a bocce ball, trying to get it as close as possible to the pallino ball without hitting it. All throws are underhand.

Getting a bocce ball the closest distance to the pallino ball without touching it is the goal of bocce ball. You can use the sides to bank a play and even can knock an opponent’s ball out of the way if it’s close to the pallino. Likewise, your perfectly placed throw also is a target for defensive play or getting knocked out of the way. Getting as many bocce balls as close as you can to the target pallino ball earns the most points.

Next, team two throws the bocce ball and, if they get it closer than team one’s player, the next turn goes back to team one. If team two does not get as close to the pallino ball, the next player on that team throws, and then the next, until they either get closer than team one or they have thrown all four of their balls. After all eight balls are on the court and the play has ended, it’s time to measure. Each individual’s or team’s ball that is closest to the pallino ball earns one point. If there are two red balls closer to the small target ball than the four blue balls, the red side earns four points. No one scores if a ball from each team is at the same distance from the pallino ball; the equal distance cancels out the point. After tallying points another set starts. Sets repeat until a team or individual earns 12, 16 or 21 points. In tournament play, 12 or 16 points generally determine a winner, usually after three to five sets.

Wave Therapy

A

fter a very stressful week, all I wanted to do was sit on the beach. I needed a place to forget my problems and just relax. As I eased back into my beach chair, my troubles were swept away with every crashing wave. The warm sun relaxed my muscles and the sound of the ocean lulled me into a dream-like state. Oh those wonderful waves! They call my name and tell me that everything will be alright. Watching such a powerful force of nature puts everything into perspective. Waves have been crashing for millions of years. I’ve only been watching them for fifty. Our lives pass by in a blink of the eye! My past is stored in those waves. All I have to do is sit on the sand and my memories come flooding back. Like watching a home movie, I see my kids

playing on the beach and the baby napping under the umbrella as if it were yesterday. Reaching further into the past, I see my first boyfriend stealing a kiss on a moonlit night. And then there was the time my cousin saved me from a rip current. He was my hero. I couldn’t swim to shore and he heard me calling him. I felt so safe when he swam out to rescue me. My thoughts wandered to the memories I shared with friends and family about how the beach brought us all closer together. Some of them are no longer with us so I treasure those memories. My fondest memories are the simplest ones. Just picturing my aunts and uncles at the age I am now and my cousins when we were all kids helps me remember all the laughter. I found myself smiling. My problems had drifted away. Wave therapy worked again. -Lisa

Serenity One of my favorite places to unwind is Island Beach State Park. The walk through the dunes is quite enough to calm my nerves but add in the search for a fleeting glimpse of a wild fox or small raccoon just adds to the distraction of my everyday worries. Alone in this wonderful sandbar takes my mind on a vacation from reality. Walking along that sandy path, I feel the calmness all around me. I’m always surprised by the scarcity of wildlife. I know they are out there but very rarely do I see anything move! I live a block from the beach on LBI and often see bunnies. I have seen seals, dolphins, pelicans, possums and once I even saw a wild mink. LBI has foxes but I’ve only seen one and it was quite a distance away. 234 Stafford Park Blvd. Manahawkin, NJ (609) 978-1202 1277 Hooper Ave, Toms River, NJ (732) 703-6255

occasional seagull flying above me. I’m in the wooded dunes yet there is no sign of life. It is creepy. You’d think there would be something crawling by. Where is everyone? So finally, it was getting late and time for me to throw in the towel. I gave up. As I slowly drove off, I spotted her. A little fox trotting down the street! Of course I had bagged up my camera and thought for sure I’d miss my shot, but the fox just sat and waited for me. Posing for me. Of course she was thinking that I might feed her, but I know better. It is not a good idea to ever feed wild animals. There is plenty of food available for them to catch on their own. I fumbled with my long lens and knelt down to get my shot. She stayed for a long time watching me. Then she gave up and headed for the woods leaving me a lovely memory. -Lisa

Every now and then, I like to pack my camera and head for Island Beach State Park and see if I can find a fox to photograph. I park the car and follow the path. I don’t see a bird in the tree. There are no squirrels, chipmunks, snakes or any other creatures scurrying about. There is nothing in any direction. I walk for hours with nothing but the

Gull’s Eye View Did you know that gulls see in color? They don’t see the way we humans do because they have four types of cones (in their eye) and we only have three. Besides our red, green and blue that we see, they can see infared color. When a seagull looks at the sky, it is not blue like we see it, they see violet. They can also see more coloring in a male gull than the female and easily tell them apart. We can’t. Ever see a gull standing on one leg? They do that to keep warm. By standing on one leg, and pulling the other leg up against the warmth of its body, a bird can reduce by up to half, the amount of heat lost through its legs. What are those birds looking at? When a seagull is on the ground, it likes to face into the wind to provide a quick take off. It takes far less space and time to get airborne if they are already facing into the wind. That is why you see a bunch of birds looking in the same direction!

Phoenix Custom Modular Homes was created when two of its principals, with over 50 years of experience in the manufactured housing industry in NJ, decided to combine forces and form a company. Their company Mission was simple - build “Quality” Energy Efficient “Custom” Modular Homes in the State of New Jersey. Homes they would be proud to move into themselves! The main goal inside this mission was to create a pleasant experience for their customers during the process of building their dream home; one they would be sure to tell their friends, neighbors, colleagues and family about. With this philosophy, the business would not only grow but would survive even in the toughest of markets because of truly satisfied customers. At Phoenix Custom Modular Homes, it is all about the customer! It all started in 1996 with the first home on a lagoon in Chadwick Beach Island. This home, a strong survivor of Hurricane Sandy, is one of the many reasons there is so much interest in Modular Construction today. Putting a home up in the air on pilings that is constructed with more wood than a typical site built structure and building it with 2”x6” outer walls (typical site built uses 2”x 4”) makes for a more sound structure. These 2”x 6” outer walls allow for a higher R-Value of insulation as well making the structure more energy efficient and saving the homeowner money each and

every month they live in the home. The cost savings in the build are also a factor. Because it is built “faster” utilizing a meticulously controlled process in a weather-resistant environment, construction, materials and labor costs are kept at a minimum so the savings can be passed along to the customer. There is less waste and construction materials are recycled making this a greener way to build a home as well. All of these reasons and more are why many Sandy Victims have put their trust in the Modular Construction Process. It just does not make sense to build a home any other way these days. The Phoenix Custom Modular Homes Staff with their many years of diversified experience has a team effort philosophy when it comes to designing and building Custom Modular Homes for their clients. The three current principles of the company each are responsible for a separate part of the start to finish process. This way they can each concentrate on specific details of the build and be sure nothing falls between the cracks. In effect, a seamless process from beginning to end making the transition for their clients into their brand new home as stress free as possible. Their dedicated site crews, some who have been with them from the very beginning, are among the best in NJ. Their attention to detail and finish work is flawless. To learn more about Phoenix Custom Modular Homes visit them at www.pchmodularhomes.com or call them at 609-978-3949.
