In this new space, classic Hong Kong-inspired flavours are reimagined in playful, sculpture-like pastries that are optical illusions as much as they are edible creations. Bite into a stick of fishballs, and you’ll be rewarded with chewy red bean ice cream balls; or stick a fork in a lemon tea box and discover bergamot curd and Earl Grey mascarpone mousse.
