Total dollar volume in sales for all of Gunnison County grew by 6.5% in Q1 of this year, totaling $59,208,408. The average price for homes in this area also increased from last year. Homes listed in Gunnison County saw a 15.1% increase in price during Q1 of this year compared to Q1 of 2019, making the average price $543,196.

Overall, the number of condominium and townhome sales in Gunnison County increased by an impressive 45.2%. During Q1 this year, 42 condominiums and townhomes sold compared to the same time frame in 2019 when 23 condominiums and townhomes sold.
