FOOTHILLS AREA The Foothills Area Micro Market Report (MMR), prepared by LIV Sotheby’s International Realty, compares 2016 statistics (January through September), to that of 2015, for single family homes and attached dwellings.

The Foothills of Denver metro and its surrounding areas are located in western Jefferson County and include higher terrain areas between 6,000 and 9,000 feet west of Denver that parallel the Front Range Mountains. The foothills are consistently rated as some of the best places to live, work, and raise a family in Colorado. The foothills stretch from Roxborough State Park, north, to the west side of Fort Collins. Cities and towns in the foothills region included in this report include Golden, Evergreen and Conifer. Highlights from the Foothills area include Hangen Ranch’s average price rising to $702,500, up 18.7% since 2015. Soda Creeks’s average price also rose 14.6% to $1,268,921 over 2015, and Evergreen Meadows’s average price rose, 8.2%, to $590,467, over 2015. Hiwan Hill’s average price rose slightly. Up 3.9% to $53146 over 2015. A continued strong demand in the Foothills is projected as the result of the many positive economic variables that living in the Colorado Foothills affords.

Quarter 3 (YTD) Highlights: • Hangen Ranch’s average price is $702,500 18.7%

• Hiwan Hills’s average price is $531,495 3.9%

• Evergreen Meadows’s average price is $590,467 8.2%

• Soda Creeks’s average price is $1,268,921 14.6%
