Keystone, a sought-after location with access to three separate mountains, displayed an increase in average price for single family homes by a noteworthy 50.9%. As a continuously increasing popular market, Summit County draws buyers who are looking for the desired Colorado mountains lifestyle, without being too far from the city life of Denver.
