Throughout Colorado’s Front Range, most areas saw an increase in home values during the first quarter of the year. While fluctuating interest rates remain top of mind, we anticipate a busy spring market and see buyer engagement on the rise. The overall number of properties sold in the Front Range is lower relative to last year due to constrained inventory, but the price per square foot in most areas continued to increase.
