The number of sold listings increased substantially from 280 listings in 2016 to 329 listings sold in Q1 2017- evidence of continued competitive conditions in Summit County’s highly desirable marketplace. The average sales price in Summit County rose to $737,565 in Q1 2017, a 20.9% increase over 2016. Across the board, days on market are dropping (now 84 days – a below average timeframe for the resort markets), and the sales price to list price ratio is holding at 97.3% throughout Summit County, less than a one percent change from 2016.
